Special projects at the Village
There are several special projects at the orphanage. During the past 10 years the lives of thousands of orphans have been changed by improving their health, living conditions, and the quality of their daily care. The addition of new facilities and staff has opened more children’s homes.
Sponsor a Children’s Home
At Shepherd’s Field Children’s Village it takes about $2,500 per month for each home to stay operational and in good repair. For $250 per month a business, group or individual can partner with us and underwrite this necessary overhead expense of the children’s homes. There are currently 6 children’s homes; only 2 have sponsors.
Surgical expenses
| The average cost of surgery is about $350 per child. Gifts designated to surgical expenses are always welcome. |
