How to give to Children’s Compassion Fund
The generous contributions of individual peoplepeople who are concerned about the safety, basic needs and spiritual welfare of abandoned and special needs childrenmake this vital ministry possible. Children’s Compassion Fund makes a way for your compassion to make a difference in a child’s life. Your gift will help provide a loving home for an atrisk or special needs orphan.
Your financial donations are needed to help provide:
Basic necessities for one child at $35 per month
Lifechanging surgery for an average cost of $350
Operating expenses for a children’s home at $250 per month
Your gifts are taxdeductible
Your gifts are taxdeductible. An audited financial statement, including description of support services, is available upon request. Children’s Compassion Fund works to keep administrative costs low. Last year, our overhead was 4.8%.
Online giving
Children’s Compassion Fund has partnered with World-Wide Missions to use their service to process online donations. To give to CCF, click on the web page image below or on the image in the sidebar to the right. Simply fill out your contact information and then designate where you want your gift to go by the pull-down menu next to “Gift Designation”. You can also add any comments or tribute information. It’s easy, fast and secure!
General donations
General donations are a vital part of CCF’s ability to offer hope, love and a changed future to abandoned children. Anyone can make a general donation to Children’s Compassion Fund by writing a check or money order and mailing it to our postal address shown at the top of the page. Or, if you prefer, you can use our online giving programit’s fast, easy and secure.
Planned giving
There are numerous planned giving options that can have profound tax implications benefiting both your estate and Children’s Compassion Fund. We strongly encourage you to consult with a financial advisor and/or tax attorney.

Combined Federal Campaign
Through our association with Christian Charities USA, Children’s Compassion Fund receives support from employees of the U.S. federal government and the military through the CFC. Our membership number is 10902.
To participate in the Combined Federal Campaign, Children’s Compassion Fund must meet requirements set forth by the federal government and belong to a federation.
Each charity within Charities Under 5% Overhead helps you make every dollar count by spending 95 percent or more of their revenue on their programs and services. CU5P member charities undergo an annual certification to ensure program effectiveness and efficiency. If you are a federal employee, or know someone who is, it’s easy to support the work of Children’s Compassion Fund by designating your workplace contribution to Children’s Compassion Fund, number 10902 in the CFC.
Workplace giving campaigns
Workplace campaigns, such as the United Way, corporate, or state employee campaigns, are convenient ways of supporting the work of Children’s Compassion Fund. Many employers conduct workplace fund drives to encourage their employees to support worthy causes. Through the convenience of payroll deduction, donors can spread their contribution across an entire year. Most campaigns will allow you to designate your donation to your favorite organization. Children’s Compassion Fund has registered with most United Way campaigns, and with the Combined Federal Campaign for federal employees.
